The U.S.-UK Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program began in 1924, making it the oldest U.S. exchange program with the UK. Since the program's inception, it has benefited over 16,000 American and British teachers. Joan Camp, was one of the first Fulbright teachers, she taught for one year in the U.S. and made this professional exchange her life's work.
