Launch of a new Customer Satisfaction survey for the overseas visa application process

The UK Border Agency aims to deliver the highest possible level of customer service during the visa application process. We measure this through the regular collection and analysis of customer feedback. Today we are launching a new Customer Satisfaction survey with the aim of giving us improved insight into what customers, sponsors and legal representatives think about our service. This survey builds on the previous customer survey that was conducted during March 2011.

The results from the new Satisfaction Survey will be published on a monthly basis and will help us to improve the quality of services we deliver to our customers and inform the future delivery of our services. The survey is completely anonymous and should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
